Penny Smiths Power Yoga DVD

It has taken the USA by storm and is now being practised by the likes of Madonna, Sting and GMTV's very own Penny Smith.

Penny's Power yoga is a comprehensive introduction to the free-flow yoga based upon the Ashtanga-Vinyasa system, which increases strength and flexibility bringing with it a sense of well-being.

The GMTV presenter has a real empathy with yoga and this really does make you feel like the postures and positions are for everybody.
