Modules

1. Choreography Learn how to teach 11 Yoga Rhythm routines:

  • Step-by-step without the music.
  • With the music.
  • With modifications.
  • Synchronised with the breath.

 

2. Class Plan – Learn how to structure the following:

  • 15 Week Course Class Plan – for Private/Yoga Studio Teaching
  • 45’ Class Plan – for Corporate Teaching
  • 1hr Class Plan – for Health Club teaching

 

3. Pranayama – Learn how to teach different Pranayama exercises safely & correctly.

 

4. Anatomy & Physiology

  • Physiological benefits specific to poses used in the Yoga Rhythm routines
  • Muscular & Skeletal System
  • Understanding of various ailments and how to modify poses to suit.
  • Endocrine System

 

5. Legal & Business

  • Understanding our Standard & Protocols
  • Learn about Yoga Rhythm’s – Ethos/Philosophy/History
  • Market Research Statistics
  • Marketing Skills
  • Understanding your self worth
  • Reward Schemes

6. Yoga Philosophy

Being qualified Yoga Teachers you should already have a good understanding so this is a refresher course focusing on areas such as Karma Yoga, Ananda, Mudras, Gunas, Ahimsa, 4 Paths of Yoga etc

7. Psychology

  • Understanding how/when we try to install positive thinking into a class.
  • Understanding human behaviour and how to make everyone including beginners feel welcomed into your class at all times.
  • Psychology behind class structure, layout, routines, visualisation journeys.
  • Understanding Laws of Attraction and how it can be applied to your business skills.
  • Understanding the psychology behind certain ailments.

 

8. Music

  • Music Appreciation
  • Timing & Rhythm to music
  • Understand why we use music with all our routines.

9. Food & Nutrition

  • Learn the Yogic System Nutrition
  • Learn Yoga Rhythm’s Health Tips to help ease certain ailments, improve one’s health and general well being.

 

Total 100hrs

40hrs – Personal Practice through workshops /classes /DVD.

Minimum of 20hrs through workshops/classes alone.
