Beaufort Primary School – Woking

Objectives
Children Yoga aims to help children develop a sense of awareness of their body and emotions through exercise, sound, Breathing, balance, games, storytelling and Relaxation. It is a fun practice that offers to all children the opportunity to express themselves through their body in a controlled, precise and fun way.

Who’s it for?
Children Yoga at Beaufort Primary School is currently offered from Year 1 to Year 6 children an After School Club in the Oak Hall in groups of max 12 children of the school.

Prerequisites
No experience required

What To Bring
Children practice barefoot with their instructor. The class will follow the school guidelines for equipment use.

Clothing
Their School PE Kit or leggings/tracksuit bottoms and Tshirt. Bring all your belongings with you to the Yoga club as children will be taken to the pick up point at the end of the class.

Location
Oak Hall – collect from Reception at 4pm

Autumn Term 2025 Dates: 12 classes on 17th Sept, 17th Sept, 24th Sept, 1st Oct, 8th Oct, 15th Oct, 22nd Oct, 5th Nov, 12th Nov, 19th Nov, 26th Nov, 3rd Dec, 10th Dec (no class on 29th Oct half -term)

All members to join at the start of the term. Refunds and/or cancellations will only be accepted up to 7 days before the start of the term unless the space can be sold to somebody else.
