Yogamoo.com reserves the right to amend these Website Terms and Conditions at any time. These Website Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales in all disputes relating to them.
Purchases
Once you have selected the products you wish to order, click on the “View Basket/Checkout” button at the end of the checkout process.
Once you have clicked on the “Checkout” button we obtain an authorisation from your credit card company for the amount detailed on the order summary page. We are not taking funds from your card at this stage, although the amount available for you to spend will be reduced by the authorisation. This is a normal process with the banks. If your credit card should not give an authorisation, your order will not be processed further.
Yogamoo.com will email you to confirm your product order has been received.
Yogamoo.com will email you again to confirm that the products you have ordered are being shipped to you.
A contract of sale for the products you have ordered is concluded between you and Yogamoo.com only upon those products being shipped to you.
Yogamoo.com may refuse or be unable to process your order if the product you ordered is discontinued. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. The price of items is the price on the day of your order. Yogamoo.com reserve the right to change any price before you place an order. Yogamoo.com try to ensure that all prices displayed are accurate but the price on your order and your order itself will need to be validated prior to processing your order. Where an item's correct price is higher than the price stated on your order, Yogamoo.com will contact you to let you know the current price and give you the opportunity of cancelling before your order is dispatched. Postage and packaging is charged at an additional rate and is charged according to the weight of the package.
Orders will only be accepted with payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Electron. We use Google Checkout and Paypal to process our credit card orders. If items are not in stock but Yogamoo.com are accepting orders for the items then they will be placed on back order. We will compare the total value of the order with the payment authorized by you. If the total order value is more than the payment you have authorized then we will contact you for authorization for a further payment to be taken from your credit/debit card. The whole order will be held until full payment has been authorized by you.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with any of your purchases for whatever reason, simply return any unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of despatch for a full refund or replacement product.
