A customer from Shropshire wrote -' When I first did this DVD I was a bit dissappointed because only about half the poses used were "real" yoga and I felt it was too gentle.
However, I could feel the next day that my muscles had been working and that my posture was better.
It is very slowly paced and the poses are very gentle but it works prefectly for the pregnant body - at least it does for mine.
In between each section the "students" comment on the exercises in that section: this initially annoyed me, but now I find that few seconds rest between the sections quite welcome.
Each section is registered on the DVD as a "scene" so if you only have half an hour you can do the warm up then skip to whichever section you feel like doing, then skip again to the relaxation at the end.
To do the whole thing takes an hour and you do not need anything other than a pillow or cushion to do all the exercises'
