Whether you lost your Pregnancy weight or not, your body needs tightening. How about the rounded shoulders and the lower back pain from carrying children and pushchairs. It is time you take some time to yourself.
Mothers Only Yoga is perfect for:
- Your Physical Shape: Tummy, and pelvic floor tightening, toning of arms and legs, overall strength and stamina, back strength, posture and shoulder stretches
- Your Mental Strength: Practicing breathing exercises and meditation techniques will equip you with the means to better self discipline in day to day life
- Your Emotional side: The class with other Mums is relaxed with time to chat before and after, exchanging tips about children, feeling that you share the same passion and concerns; the me-time that you desperately need.
About the Mothers Only Yoga Class
Still wondering whether the Mothers Only Yoga Class is for you?
This class is for you if you would like to achieve some or all of the above, irrespective of your children ages, but perfectly suitable from 10 weeks after a normal birth. Just give it a go!
The Mothers Only Yoga Classes are offered as a 4 weeks Course for £ 36.00, 8 weeks Course for £ 64.00 and is limited to 12 students only. Or you may attend by the class (£ 10) on a drop-in basis for maximum flexibility.
