Ashtanga Yoga Course
Ashtanga Yoga is a classic powerful Yoga style practised by millions over the world under the initial guidance of late Yogi Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009) of Mysore, India. In this Ashtanga Yoga Course, you will discover the primary series over the course of 8 weeks.
The Ashtanga Yoga Course will help students strengthen to the flow of the breath (Vinyasa Yoga) while providing an understanding of tricky poses of the primary series. This course offers simpler variations as necessary. Students can expect an increase in Strength, Stamina and Flexibility over the course of 8 weeks.
Who’s it for?
The Ashtanga Yoga Course is suitable for all Yogis with a regular practice and a keen interest in deepening their practice.
A good understanding of the basics with a regular weekly practice is encouraged.

We will accept cancellations only 7 days prior to any course starts. After 7 days and in any case prior to the beginning of any course, you may be able to transfer your course towards another day or person or course in the near future (90 days), this is based on availability and at our discretion. In all cases, a charge of 20% admin fee will be withheld.
After the beginning of the Yoga Course, no refund or exchanges will be processed.
