Children’s Yoga Course – Earlswood Infant School

Objectives
Children Yoga aims to help children develop a sense of awareness of their body and emotions through exercise, sound, Breathing, balance, games, story telling and Relaxation. It is a fun practice that offers to all children the opportunity to express themselves through their body in a controlled and precise way.

Who’s it for?
Children Yoga at Earlswood Infant School is offered to children in Year 1 and Year 2 as an After School Club in groups of max 12 children of the school.

Prerequisites
No experience required

What To Bring
Children practice barefoot on Gym Mats in a circle with their instructor.

Clothing
Their School PE uniform if they have PE that day. Otherwise please bring leggings/tracksuit bottoms and Tshirt for Yoga that day

Booking Terms and Conditions
Please book online and register your child’s name for the class although your billing details will be in your name. All members to join at the start of the term. Refunds and/or cancellations will only be accepted up to 7 days before the start of the term unless the space can be sold to somebody else.
