Children’s Yoga Course – Reigate Priory Junior School
Objectives
Children Yoga aims to help children develop a sense of awareness of their body and emotions through exercise, sound, Breathing, balance, games, storytelling and Relaxation. It is a fun practice that offers to all children the opportunity to express themselves through their body in a controlled, precise and fun way.
Who’s it for?
Children Yoga at Reigate Priory Junior School is offered to all Year groups from Year 3 to Year 6 as an After School Club in the Gym in groups of around 12 children of the school.
Prerequisites
No experience required
What To Bring
Children practice barefoot on Gym Mats with their instructor. The class will follow Covid-19 and school guidelines for equipment use.
Clothing
Their School PE Kit or leggings/tracksuit bottoms and Tshirt. Bring School Bag along to Gym as pick up is straight from the Gym Hall at 4.30pm. Change in class or change quickly in the Gym after 3.30pm.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Please book on-line and register your child’s name for the class although your billing details will be in your name. All members to join at the start of the term. Refunds and/or cancellations will only be accepted up to 7 days before the start of the term unless the space can be sold to somebody else.
