Yoga for Charity Class
New Trainee Teachers are invited to apply by email to teach.

This is a Yoga Class which is centred around our charity Rainbow Trust
The class is FREE and instructed by a trainee or recently qualified Yoga Teacher. We would love you to donate if you loved the class to the charity. All proceeds are entirely passed on to Rainbow Trust and we have collected so far over £600.
The class style depends on the Guest Teacher whether Vinyasa Yoga or Hatha Yoga, it will combine a series of movement to work the body for strength/flexibility or grounding through breath work.
Core strength, stability and overall strength building.
Who’s it for?
The class is a drop in class and designed for beginners and advanced students
No previous course is necessary but a good overall level of health
What To Bring
Having your own yoga mat is a great idea but if you haven’t you can borrow one on the class.
It’s always great to bring some water too.
It is best to wear loose fitting clothing.
The class is held at the Yoga studio in Reigate

No bonuses in this class.

The lovely Guest Teacher will be taking you through this class.
