Richard Salaman –
I knew that a Hips class was going to cause me some problems with my lack of mobility in that area but the workshop started gently and progressed at a consistent pace. At each point and transition I felt empowered to work to my edge and as the workshop moved on my mobility increased. As this was a workshop and not a class there was enough time to make sure that each move was carried out correctly with no rush or pressure. It did mean that even some of the simpler activities became challenging as there was no hiding and no corner cutting but I want to make sure I do things right so that works for me. I was really impressed with Lisa-Marie and her inclusiveness, no one was left behind but there was no cheating and her lighthearted manner made the time fly.
