In this Meditation course you will find discussion, preparation to meditation with standing mindfulness movements, and gentle stretches, followed by a seated meditation for 20/30 minutes and a discussion and then sharing the experience.

Objectives

    An excellent course….thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish….learnt new techniques and found different ways to help with my practise ….Jacqui has a very calming aura and guides you through each meditation in the class…a wonderful way to spend an evening and beyond…thoroughly recommend the course!….

    I have been on two of the meditation courses now and have thoroughly enjoyed them. It is great for both people new to meditation and those who have some experience, as lots of different techniques are used. Jackie is a great teacher, and I’m planning on booking onto my third meditation course soon!

    Half way through the meditation for beginners’ course, it is clear already how much will be gained from it. Jackie is a calm, clear tutor. There is no sense of hard work or goals to attain – it just happens naturally. From the outset, sharing thoughts and experiences of the various techniques is encouraged, which leads to a really friendly and happy group atmosphere. And the periods of shared meditation time are slotted in so that you leave the class refreshed and energised. I would recommend this course to anyone interested in having a go at meditation but fearing it is too esoteric or “alternative” for them. This course will prove it IS for you, as it is for everyone.
