Description

About Mudra, Mantra, Pranayama and Chakra Workshop

We spend a lot of time focusing on our physical bodies in our daily lives and also on our mats. This workshop will introduce or re-acquaint, you with other practices that affect us energetically and spiritually. Mudras and mantras can increase the benefit of our physical asana practice, and bring a deeper, more holistic element. Controlling the breath in pranayama practices can have a profoundly calming effect on the mind. Our energy centres, or chakras, affect our entire being, from our attitudes to our physical body.

Objectives
You will experience mudras and mantras to take your Yoga practice to a deeper level. You may find a deeper control of your breath in the Mahat Yoga Pranayama, and gain a deeper understanding and feel for your own chakras.
