Thank you for attending the Breathe To A Better Birth Workshop today, I was so touched to see that everyone was beaming by the end of the session.

I really really keep my fingers crossed for your labour, don’t we all deserve a Positive Birth experience.

It was not the first time I attended Karen’s incredible workshop, and yet I was able to go deeper in the relaxation and also picked up on a couple of things that I had not thought of before!

I know this will make my labour very different to the first time.
