"Buddha Bellies is a nurturing, informative and relaxing pregnancy yoga DVD. It is also, in my view, a crucial step towards achieving an active birth.

It is useful to have some hatha yoga experience to ensure correct posture work when practicing this DVD however instructions are complete and easy to follow.

This DVD has 3 sections for beginners to intermediate and more advanced levels which can also be declined for 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy.

The routines are similar in the 3 sections with additional poses for the more advanced levels. The instructions are clear and what I enjoyed most is that there is silent time for breathing which gives you the opportunity to turn inward and work your home practice without feeling like you are following a DVD.
