About Mimi Campbell

Mimi has practiced Yoga for over six years but finally decided to leave her career in finance to qualify with Yoga Alliance as a registered yoga teacher with 200-hour training in Vinyasa Flow. Within her practice of Yoga she has a passion for Yoga for fertility and pregnancy, healing using the Chakra system and of course the Vinyasa Flow style which she feel unites the breath, mind and body wonderfully. She began practicing Yoga because of the stress that came with her job so she is always keen to share the benefits for those living with stress and anxiety and how anyone can achieve mindfulness and wellbeing. She was taught to always think with a beginners mind and so always enjoys researching new ways Yoga can help with everyday problems.
