About Kay Pryor

Kay has been practicing and teaching Yoga for 20 years. She has also been teaching Pilates for the last 8 years! It is very much her hobby too. Kay is always reading articles on Yoga and Pilates and thinks there is always something to learn. The Yoga She teaches is Freestyle Fitness Yoga (level 3) which is geared to the Fitness Industry. Kay teaches at her local leisure centre and has converted lots of gym bunnies into Yoga addicts. She also has a one year old son which she takes to baby Yoga. Kay also continued to teach Yoga throughout her pregnancy which she felt helped her get back into shape quite quickly. Website
