About Lee Anne Cooper

Lee Anne started in the fitness and wellbeing industry in 2005, teaching Group Fitness and Personal Training. Being a 'larger lady - in her own words' she was attracted to sport and fitness to keep me fit, toned and keep the weight off and she wanted to share her passion by working in this industry. After years of punishing my body with fitness classes and regimes she soon turned to something else and luckily she found yoga. Eventually she retrained as a yoga teacher and she's been teaching yoga ever since. Lee Anne uses yoga to keep her healthy, fit, strong and supple. More importantly she keeps my own yoga practice going for the mental and spiritual benefits it gives her. Lee Anne has her own yoga business that offers yoga classes Surrey and she teaches one to one yoga sessions too. She teaches in the City and in the suburbs at health clubs and yoga centres. Her favourite style of yoga is Astanga vinyasa flow yoga as she loves the breath, flow and movement combination. She loves the heat that it creates within her body and the mental well being during and after the class. She loves the history, philosophy and ethos behind this discipline. Website Facebook Twitter
