About Shasha Cross

Shasha fell off a skate ramp and into a yoga class aged 22. Having previously used ballet as a way of healing a back injury at 16 she soon discovered that yoga was something that her body loved now dance had become a thing of the past. She practised intermittently through Hatha and Iyengar classes and home practise with Ashtanga style DVDs until she came to Feel Hot Yoga in 2012. Through the varied teachers her practice ramped up a notch and she enrolled on the Yoga Alliance accredited 500hrs Teaching Training with Feel in 2013 qualifying in 2014 with Distinction. She now teaches weekly classes in Watford and St Albans studios, as well as working as a Sports Massage Practitioner and being mum, revelling in her classes and more in love with yoga than ever.
