Frances Keeble

Frances developed a passion for Yoga in her early twenties, has had a personal practice for over thirty years and qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga in 1988.

Frances has practiced with a variety of schools of Yoga over the years and enjoys time away on retreats, particularly those based in silence and contemplative meditation. She also likes the challenge of asana, and the focus and renewed energy that pranayama brings.

Her purpose in teaching Yoga is to help people to experience calmness and clarity, as well as physical strength and fitness. Awareness of the mind and emotions is developed through linking movement to breath. It is Frances’ desire to see all participants experience a sense of well-being, in a non-competitive and non-judgemental environment. A vital component of the practice is learning to love and accept oneself, and by tuning into the body and breath, knowing when one can push oneself that little bit harder!
