    The Drop-in Yoga Classes offer you maximum flexibility over a range of strengthening and dynamic Yoga classes in the following styles: - Power Yoga for the most experienced Yogi or the beginner looking for a fitness challenge - Core Strength Yoga to work on specific areas of the body targeted around the waist, pelvis, back and thighs. Narrower range of postures explored therefore suited to beginners especially those looking to get back into shape. - Vinyasa Yoga if you are looking to explore the largest variety of Yoga poses, warming up with Dynamic Sequences to improve flexibility and working on specific key poses to hold, explore and perfect. - Restorative Yoga to rest, resource and restore, a therapeutic way to unwind and balance a fast paced life. All sessions irrespective of the length are well balanced with warming, opening and closing postures. As in all Yoga classes, you will be guided to keep attention to the Breath.  Meditation/Breathing practice and Guided Relaxation included.
  • Core Strength Yoga Class

    The Core Strength Yoga class is Live on Zoom weekly for Members only. It is ideal to build the fitness and strength that you need in your daily activities, compliment other sports and to improve your Yoga practice.  This class is truly dedicated to Core Strength. A balanced Yoga class dedicated to strengthening:
    • Firm up your Abdominal muscles for a stronger and leaner waist
    • Strengthen your Back muscles to help support you in your daily activities
    • Work the strong and large muscles groups that support your Pelvis and Lower Back: Thighs and Gluetes
    • Practice Balance! an essential practice to develop Core Strength
    • Short Meditation/Breathing practice and Guided Relaxation included

  • Restorative Yoga Class

    Unlike most yoga styles, which gradually increase the heart rate and bring heat to the body through a continuous sequence of movement, Restorative Yoga does the opposite. You maintain the postures for longer periods of time. Generally, yoga props—bricks, straps, and blankets—are utilised to aid you in finding the most comfortable position possible. Though there are different styles of Restorative Yoga, the premise behind the practice remains the same: to relax and heal the body through meditative, low-intensity movement.

  • Vinyasa Yoga Class

    The Vinyasa Yoga Class is Live on Zoom weekly for Members only. It allows you to work on sequences to the Flow of the breath and experiencing being in the body while moving through a large number of Yoga Poses in sequences and moving towards a key Yoga Pose.

    The Yin-Yang Yoga classes offer an all-round experience of Yoga. Each class includes a dynamic Vinyasa flow, as well as a period of Yin yoga.

    Deep Yoga Relaxation and Yoga Nidra are deeply relaxing Yoga meditative practices, used worldwide by sleep Therapists and others to induce a deep state of restorative Relaxation. Anyone can take part in this workshop. The process of Yoga Relaxation systematically works through all levels of our being. You lie (or sit) in a comfortable position and are taken through a guided meditation that leaves you feeling refreshed, balanced and whole.

  • Ashtanga Yoga

    An opportunity to gain the strength from the legendary Ashtanga warm up sequences but also a chance to explore tricky poses in a workshop style each session and understand the fine balance between alignment, strength and flexibility.  Consistent Yoga practice is necessary as a pre-requisite (Vinyasa, Core Strength).  Not suitable for Beginners.
