Come and journey a little deeper into your Yoga practice! You will have the opportunity to experience various mudras (gestures that direct energy internally), mantras (chants), pranayama (breathing techniques) and discover the nature and effect of the Chakras (energy centres). Some of these practices will be incorporated into a slow-flow asana practice, designed to be a moving meditation, to enable you to deepen your inner awareness. It is suitable for all levels of student.
