  • Refund Policy

    • Courses (Beginners, Pregnancy, Mums & Baby)

    if you had booked a course that had not started at time of lockdown week of 16th March, then you are entitled to a refund for the value of this course.

    • Drop-in Yoga Passes

    If you had 8 or more than 8 classes in credits left in your drop-in pass, please contact us to claim for a refund for 8 sessions.

    • Reschedules

    If you are not entitled to a Refund based on the above, or have more than 2 sessions left in credit after a refund, then please contact me to claim your virtual classes sessions to take place from September. You will be awarded the balance of your credits minus 2.

    • Members

    Members are all invited to 2 free virtual classes.

    Refunds and Reschedules Claim Process

    In any case, please contact me by email at your soonest and by 24th July 2020 to be added to the list of Refunds or Reschedules. I need your authorisation for a reverse charge to your card. Refunds will then be processed by end of July and not after.

This policy replaces our Standard Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy in the event of an emergency shut down of our premises outside of our control or in the run up to an emergency shut down of our premises.

Provision of Services already purchased, with visits booked or unbooked.

Private 1-1 Classes

  • Private 1-1 classes may continue to take place, to be agreed between the client and supplier at an agreed location
  • Classes credit will be recorded and be delivered at a later time.

Registered Pre-Paid Courses

  • No refunds will be processed for courses started or due to start within any number of days from now.
  • You will be invited to use your credits at a similar level class/time/day as soon as we are in a position to resume all services.

Individual Drop-in Classes and Drop-in Passes

  • No refunds will be processed for classes unused
  • Credits will be held and restored as soon as we are in a position to resume all services

Memberships

In the event of a shut down of our premises for safety reasons, all Memberships will be automatically suspended so that no further payments are taken during the duration of the shut down. No refunds will be processed for unused credits however all credits will be restored as soon as we can resume our services.

Services

  • Private 1-1 Classes
    • If your scheduling conflict is known in advance and we are notified at least 24 hours ahead of time, it MAY be possible to make the session up at a later date or with a different trainer. However, this is not always possible.
    • Any sessions missed with less than 24 hours notification are chargeable.
    • If you have not already paid for the class, your account/card will be charged for the full amount of the class.
    • If no card/account information is present, no further sessions will be conducted until the outstanding monies are received.
      • Additionally, reserved time slots may be lost if payment is not made in a timely manner.
  • Registered Pre-paid Courses
    • Pre-paid courses are fully refundable only 7 days prior to the beginning of a course.
    • After 7 days prior to the beginning of a course, If you become unable to attend a program due to circumstances out of your control (determined on a case-by-case basis by our administration), we may offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date. However we do charge a 30% cancellation fee. This cancellation fee may be avoided if you opt for a course reschedule/credit instead of a refund.
      • NOTES: course reschedule / credits are valid for 30 days only!
    • If we are notified after your session begins, no refunds or transfer/course reschedule will be processed
      • There is no cash refund.
      • There is no refund for merely changing your mind!
      • We are here to get you results and these results cannot be achieved if you fail to attend the program!
      • This is not negotiable.
  • Individual Drop-in Classes , Drop-in Passes and Memberships
    • Please let us know that you are planning to attend a drop-in class by reserving your space at least 2 hours before the class start time.
    • If you are not able to attend a pre-booked class, you are responsible to cancel your booked class yourself from your account schedule at least 2 hours ahead of time to retain your credit.
    • Booked class cannot be cancelled in the window 2 hours prior a class, and you will be charged if you do not attend.
    • If you are not sure that you can make a booked class, best to cancel at least 2 hours before.
    • All class cancellations must be processed from your account. For ease, you may use our free app
    • In the unlikely event that no-one or one would be registered for a drop-in class, we reserve the right to cancel the class just 2 hours before the class. In this event, the class will show on the schedule as cancelled in the 2 hours window before the start of the class. You will be notified and your credit will be saved.
    • No time to book? most of the time it’s OK to just turn up and be added to the class schedule by your teacher but you just need to be aware of the above!
    • Any classes missed and not cancelled 2 hours prior is forfeited, unless cancelled by Yogamoo.
    • If you have not already paid for the class, your account/card may be charged for the full amount of the session.
    • Drop-in passes have expiry times and will be enforced. Please check validity at time of purchase. Validity period starts from the first visit date and can be checked in your account at all times.

  • Consulting
    • No refunds are available for completed consulting services.
    • Unused, pre-paid and retainer-based consulting services may be eligible for a refund depending on the agreement between you and the Yogamoo  subsidiary. Standard notice for cessation of services is one calendar month, but this may vary between contracts. Be sure to check your agreement for details.

Products

  • Fitness Equipment and Accessories
    • May be returned within 30 days for exchange only. Returns are valid only for products that have not been opened, used or damaged.
