Description

Ancient Yoga Wisdom for Modern Life Workshop

This workshop includes a physical practice of postures and breathing exercises put together in a way that shed light of the 8 Limbs of Yoga.

Objectives
The Sutras have been passed on from student to teacher for many, many years. The exact date of The Yoga Sutras is debated and is often cited as being in the region of 200 BCE to 200 CE. Whilst the world is a different place now socially, economically, technologically and politically, the human condition has not changed making The Sutras just as relevant today as they were then. This workshop will unpack the path of yoga explaining how yoga can be a useful skill to have to help with the challenges we face in 2018.
