In this 8 weeks Beginners Level 3 Yoga Course, you will get to develop considerable strength, technique and flexibility required to feel comfortable in any Yoga class, including dynamic styles such as Vinyasa and Power Yoga. You will consolidate the Yoga Poses that you know, explore the next Level of Poses and continue developing your range and experience of Breathing and Meditation and Relaxation technique. Most importantly you will learn to feel how to perform Poses to suit your physiology and level of competence.

Beginners Level 3 Yoga Course

In this 8 weeks course, you will take your practice to the next Level of Yoga Poses, consolidating previous knowledge and developing considerable level of Strength, Technique and Flexibility required to flow with ease through any Yoga class you come across whether Power, Ashtanga or Vinyasa.

Whilst techniques in new Poses will continue to be deconstructed and reconstructed, allowing assimilation of the various elements of a Pose, you will now be expected to transition in Flow, adding flexibility and stamina to your practice and using the Victorious Ujjayi Breath, inherent to Vinyasa practices.

The Beginners Level 3 Course will help students deepen their practice at an enhanced pace, developing Core, Upper Arm Strengths and Legs Strength. Students will be get to develop an understanding of how to perform all poses in the syllabus to a safe and optimum level based on their individual physiology.

Main Yoga Poses: Mountain Pose, Downward Dog, Cat Stretches and Kneeling poses variations, Lunges, Warriors, Lateral Stretches and Side Bends, Balance Poses, Boat Pose, Back Bends, Twists, Forward Bends, Inversions, Relaxation.

Students will also be taught breathing techniques (Pranayama), which enhance mental and physical well-being, and the class will end with a relaxation practice, which can help to combat stress.

Who’s it for?
The Beginners Level 3 Yoga Course is suitable for all ages of students who have already practised Yoga at a Beginners level 2 and are seeking to add strength, fitness and stamina to their Yoga practice in a fairly dynamic Style.
