A Yoga session includes:
- Greetings and Introduction
- Warm Up and/or Story
- Themed Standing Yoga Sequence
- Balance Practice or Partner Yoga practice
- Yoga Game
- Meditation or breathing short practice
- Wind Down Sequence
- Lying Down Relaxation
Yogamoo™ is delighted to offer a Children Yoga School Club at Sandcross School to Year 1s, Year2s, and Year4s. The club runs in sessions of 45 minutes over 8-12 weeks each term in groups of maximum 12 children. Children wear their PE clothes and practice over gym mats with their instructor, following COVID-19 guidelines for equipment use.
