Core Strength Yoga Course

The Core Strength Yoga Course is a 8 week course designed to build the fitness and strength that you need in your normal daily activities, complement other sports and to massively improve your Yoga practice. This class is truly dedicated to Core Strength. This is a balanced Yoga class dedicated to strengthening the abs, glute, quads, back muscles and upper body. This course is suited to Yoga students progressing from Beginners and with a fitness goal in mind on the path to stronger practices.

Complete Beginners of Yoga may find this class beneficial as long as they already have a good level of fitness.

Objectives of the Core Strength Yoga Class

  • Introduction to Yoga with easy range of Yoga postures
  • Practise specifically for Strength working isometrically
  • Learn a complete range of varied Abs training Yoga movements
  • Increased level of Difficulty over the course of 8 weeks rolling class plans
  • A great workout
  • Get you into a better mindset for life, health and exercise

Who is the Core Strength Yoga Class it for?
Beginners Level 2 and Level 3 and other Yoga Students as long as interested in practising Yoga for Fitness
