Corporate Yoga Course
The Corporate Yoga Course is designed to suit individual companies and their employees case by case to offer on-site Yoga or Mindfulness classes, whether Mat based or Chair based in a Course of weekly sessions.

Format and number of sessions as well as pricing is discussed case by case whether funded by the company or partly by the individuals.

A range of Yoga styles can be made available based on your requirements, with focus ranging from overall Wellbeing, Strength, Flexibility or Relaxation.

The pace of the class may vary differentiating between the common Hatha Yoga style when postures are held versus a Dynamic style such as Core strength or Vinyasa. The class is composed in any case of a range of Yoga poses to achieved a well rounded and balanced Yoga practice.

Objectives
The Corporate Yoga Course aims to provide the employee student on-site with a balanced Yoga class in line with the aims discussed with the company or the group as booked.

All sessions explore the foundation Yoga poses which help to increase flexibility, improve strength & stamina as well as posture and confidence. Special emphasis may be give to Core and Back Strength upon request. Students will also be taught breathing techniques to promote mental and physical well-being, and the class always wraps up with a relaxation practice, helpful to develop strategies against stress.

Who’s it for?
The Corporate Yoga Course is suitable for all ages of beginners as well as those who already have some experience in Yoga.

Prerequisites
No experience required, if you have never done Yoga before, do not hesitate to join in.
