Power Yoga Class

Our Power Yoga Class is specially designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness and tone your body.

Maintain open eye meditation that will unite your whole body. Calm your mind and promote all round happiness. During your 75 minutes Power Yoga Classes you will be taken through sequences of classic yoga postures and their more difficult variations. Work your entire body from the inside out. During each session you will work through different stages of each posture. We work with you to match your own ability. Progress towards the full posture as you get stronger.

Objectives of Power Yoga
The Power Yoga Class is perfect for anyone keen on a good workout and looking to get in shape. Anyone who wants to improve their existing yoga practice or other sport. or just looking to try something new.

Who’s is the Power Yoga Class for?
The class is open to Yoga Students of all Levels with an interest in Fitness. Beginners welcome.

Prerequisites For Power Yoga
Beginners with an interest in Fitness welcome.

Follow On Courses/Upgrades
Any other drop-in Yoga classes in combination works great with Power Yoga

What To Bring To Your Power Yoga Class
You will need a water bottle, a small towel and a mat.

Clothing

  • Leggings or shorts
  • Tank tops or t-shirts
  • Use gym wear that does not restrict freedom of movement
  • Barefoot practice

Booking Terms and Conditions
Cancellations for drop-in sessions Passes purchased will be accepted and refunded 7 days prior to the start of the first session intended. After 7 days and if no sessions have been used you may be able to transfer your pass towards another Pass or Course in the near future (within 90 days for 8 sessions or 60 days for 4 sessions). Passes expire within 60days of first visit (4 Class Pass), 90days of first visit (8 Class Pass), 5 months of first visit (16 Class Pass).

Cancellation Policy for Classes

Early Cancellations (up to 2 hours before start of class). Class bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours in advance only online. If you paid by class pass, your class will be credited back to your account. Reception will not be able to process any cancellations.

Late Cancellations (within 2 hours of start of class). Any cancellations made within 2 hours of the class start time will not be credited back to your pass or refunded as a space is reserved for you

For the benefit of all class attendees, we require that you sign into class a minimum of 5 minutes prior to the class start time. If you have not signed in by this time your space may be opened up to allow drop ins. This will be treated as a late cancellation and your class will not be credited or refunded.

Please note: If you are on an unlimited contract and you late cancel or no-show 3 times over a month period, the option to book online will be suspended for a month.

    I just wanted to email following today’s class with Frances.
    I thought the class was really great. I left feeling centred/ focused/ like I had worked and also learnt something. It was really lovely.

    The latest lunchtime and evening Power Yoga classes are led by Lisa-Marie and they are beautifully taught. There’s always variety and she gives superb instructions to help you get the correct form, alignment and mindset. Movements are broken down into easy to follow steps, with suggestions for whatever level you are at.

    I usually know whether I like a class from how I feel. Practicing with Lisa-Marie leaves me feeling welcome, challenged, stretched, relaxed and happy. I do love all the lunchtime classes and teachers but this one lately does give me an extra buzz.

    Christopher and I really enjoyed this morning’s power yoga class with Elizabeth.

    I personally felt this was more of a workout than the beginner sessions. Whilst some of the poses proved a challenge I am confident that with practice I will absolutely improve and gain core strength.

    Christopher really enjoyed it. He was one of two gents in the class and his feedback is that he felt great afterwards!
