Vinyasa Yoga Class
The Vinyasa Yoga Class practice starts slowly warming up into the areas of the body associated with the key pose. After the key pose, expect to move on to cooling down poses either seated or reclined.
Objectives of the Vinyasa Yoga Class
The Vinyasa Yoga Class is focused around Energy and Flexibility. The class builds knowledge around a monthly theme where a range of similar Yoga poses will be practised gradually increasing complexity and intensity. Each class builds upon the previous class with an element of repetition so that anyone can benefit from the class although beginners are advised to start at the beginning of the month.
Who is the Vinyasa Yoga Class it for?
Beginners and Intermediates welcome although may not be suitable for complete beginners. Please contact us to discuss

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy for the Zoom Vinyasa Class
- The Vinyasa class on Zoom is available only for Members
- Membership can be purchased here: it is a monthly auto-payment in the form of a Paypal subscription / monthly automated and recurrent payment
- Only Members booked in advance can attend the class
- You will receive a link to your Zoom class every Sunday, and a reminder on the day
- You are entitled to use your credit against other classes on the timetable (ie Core Strength on Zoom)
- In the unlikely event that we should cancel the class, you will receive a notification and a new link for the next class available
- To cancel please email us at anytime and make sure you receive the confirmation from us
- It is your responsibility to attend and cancel, once paid no refunds may be processed.
