Enjoy your favourite Studio Yoga Class in the new normal via Zoom and from the comfort of your home. We have 2 signature classes available at present:

-Vinyasa Yoga: a usually more technical style however this time, it will be instructed at a slower pace via Zoom to allow everyone to join in. This class is available from Beginner Level to Intermediate (Level2 and Level3). If you are a complete Beginner and have never done Yoga before though, do give us a call to discuss first.

-Core Strength Yoga is based on a 6 weeks Lessons Plan to improve strength, stability and awareness. It is available to all with a fitness goal in mind.

    Unlike most yoga styles, which gradually increase the heart rate and bring heat to the body through a continuous sequence of movement, Restorative Yoga does the opposite. You maintain the postures for longer periods of time. Generally, yoga props—bricks, straps, and blankets—are utilised to aid you in finding the most comfortable position possible. Though there are different styles of Restorative Yoga, the premise behind the practice remains the same: to relax and heal the body through meditative, low-intensity movement.
