- Check for Diastasis of Rectus Abdomini wall (DR)
- Practice appropriate movement for DR repair
- Practice Pelvic Floor exercises
- Strengthening of appropriate Abs exercises (TA and internal obliques)
- Legs and Gluete Strengthening without aggravating any SI dysfunction
- Spine mobility and Shoulder stretches
